Role Overview ActionStarters is scaling a suite of AI-powered products—ActionHouse (real estate OS), ActionCard (casino & wait-list management), and more. We’re searching for a Growth Marketing Lead who can architect and execute data-driven campaigns that turn awareness into adoption and adoption into raving fans. Key Responsibilities Own the growth funnel – Define KPIs, set quarterly OKRs, and run full-funnel experiments (paid, organic, lifecycle). Build our demand engine – Develop multi-channel strategies (SEO, SEM, social, email, partnerships) to 10× qualified leads. Launch product GTM playbooks – Coordinate with Product, Sales, and Design to create positioning, messaging, and launch campaigns for every new feature or brand. Leverage AI & automation – Deploy AI tools to personalize outreach, forecast campaign ROI, and continually optimize spend. Lead & mentor – Grow a lean, high-output marketing squad; manage agencies and freelancers as needed. Measure what matters – Own marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting to the leadership team. Ideal Background 5+ years in B2B SaaS or tech-forward startups; proven record of scaling from 0 → 1 and 1 → n. Deep expertise in performance marketing, content strategy, and growth experimentation. Comfortable with MarTech stacks (GA4, HubSpot, Segment, Looker) and basic SQL or no-code analytics. Storyteller who can translate complex AI features into clear, compelling value props.
